Land Training

Land Training has now restarted on a Saturday AM in the studio after the pool session. This session is open to all Gold and Silver Squad swimmers who attend the morning training session.

The sessions will be run by Amanda and will be aimed at developing your overal Athleticism: to improve your stability, flexibility, strength and coordination.

All swimmers are reminded that APPROPIATE clothing must be wore, t-shirts, shorts/trousers, and most importantly suitable sports trainers to offer ankle and foot stability.
